One drawing.
A coordinated manufacturing scope.
Production suitability is assessed per project. Material grades, ranges and tolerances require evidence from the selected manufacturing partner.
Tooling & review
Manufacturability, drawing freeze, tooling ownership and sample plan.
Casting
Material and process route assessed against geometry and service requirements.
CNC machining
Datums, fixtures, critical dimensions and finish requirements.
Inspection
Required checks and reports defined in the quotation.
Finishing & cleaning
Deburring, protection and cleanliness requirements agreed by application.
Packaging & delivery
Batch labels, corrosion protection and delivery arrangements.
Specifics before promises.
A machine photograph is not proof that every part can be produced. Capability needs to be tied to the selected facility, material, manufacturing route and drawing features.

Capability information to confirm.
| Capability | Review basis | Current status |
|---|---|---|
| Material grades | Customer material specification and partner evidence | Project confirmation required |
| Part weight and envelope | Drawing geometry and manufacturing route | Project confirmation required |
| Dimensional tolerances | Feature, datum strategy and process-specific validation | Project confirmation required |
| Inspection equipment | Selected facility, measurement method and calibration | Project confirmation required |
| Capacity and lead time | Tooling, batch size, route and partner availability | Project confirmation required |
Manufacturing equipment photographs
Equipment shown in supplied photographs. These images do not establish certification, calibration status or a guaranteed inspection range.
Casting & engineering reference scenes.
These supplied images illustrate engineering and casting stages. Facility identity, production route and project suitability remain separately confirmed.
Plan the casting and machining together.
Casting and finished-part drawings
For machined castings, provide both the casting drawing and the finished machining drawing where available. Identify the revision, datums, tolerances and critical characteristics.
Turning, milling and finishing
Coordinate CNC turning and milling with the casting route, fixture strategy, deburring and cleaning. Surface treatment and finish requirements are agreed for each part.
Practical design feedback
Review manufacturability questions before tooling and sampling. Agree the sample approval steps and communicate production progress against the project plan.
Approval, batch control and repeat orders.
Agree the drawing revision, sample acceptance, production inspection and batch identification before release. Repeat orders follow the approved scope; changes require review.
Review production and delivery responsibilities ↗
SINTO FCMX moulding equipment.
The FCMX is a flaskless sand moulding machine. It fills and compacts moulding sand around a pattern to create the mould cavity used in subsequent metal pouring.
Moulding is one stage of casting. Melting, core preparation, pouring, cooling, cleaning and machining require their own equipment and process controls.
The photograph shows equipment at installation. Current operating status, tooling compatibility, mould dimensions and project capacity require confirmation during technical review.
Manufacturer equipment information ↗Manufacturer information describes the machine family; it does not establish the photographed facility’s output.
Agree how each batch will be checked.
Material & process
Confirm material grade, applicable standard, heat treatment and required material records before production.
Dimensions & samples
Identify critical dimensions, inspection methods, sample reports and acceptance requirements against the approved drawing.
Traceability & repeat orders
Agree batch identification, retained records, revision control and change notification for repeat supply.
